Founded in 2016, Titan has become a preferred choice among the nation’s top homebuilders by providing quality work in a reliable and timely fashion. Titan’s elevated position in the industry is a result of its commitment to customer service, accountability, and communication from an experienced and passionate team.
Cody (a former custom home builder) and Kristi Powell (a former homebuilding finance executive) founded the company after gaining life-long experience and knowledge of the construction industry.

Kristi Powell
Kristi brings nearly 30 years of experience in finance, operations, and homebuilding to Titan Construction Services, which she co-founded with her husband, Cody, in 2016. Prior to Titan, she held leadership roles at Lennar in finance, land acquisition, and sales, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the construction and development industry. Kristi also worked as a Controller for a private real estate developer and began her career as a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of Titan, Kristi serves on the Board of Directors for H.E.L.P. International and is actively involved in her community and church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, lifting weights, and reading.
Cody Powell
Cody has spent more than 50 years in construction, building his career from the ground up. Before starting Titan with Kristi in 2016, he spent 15 years building custom homes and 5 years in North Dakota building housing during the oil boom. Those experiences taught him the value of hard work, adaptability, and doing quality work no matter the conditions. He still believes in treating people right, and taking pride in every project.
Chad McKune
Chad McKune brings over 18 years of experience in residential, commercial, and heavy civil construction, including transportation and airport projects. His expertise spans earthwork, underground utilities, concrete foundations and flatwork, and safety. A graduate of MSU Denver (Business) and Colorado State University (Construction Management), Chad leads Titan’s project teams with a focus on safe, on-schedule delivery and strong client partnerships.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys time with his wife and three daughters, and can usually be found at his kids’ soccer and horseback riding events — or on the golf course with friends and clients
Matt Fahl
Matt has always been deeply involved in safety, a passion that began after his years as a two-sport college athlete. Following his athletic career, Matt was honored to get hired as an EMT/Firefighter, which sparked his dedication to protecting others and honing his skills in high-pressure environments. For the past 20 years, Matt has built a career in the safety world, working extensively in the construction and oil and gas industries. His background blends hands-on emergency response experience with a strong focus on training, leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of safety in every environment he works in.
Stephen Roussin
Stephen Roussin serves as Titan Construction Services’ Business Development Manager, bringing a diverse background in construction sales, estimating, and 3-D rendering/design. His experience spans roofing, luxury outdoor living, and commercial concrete coatings, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the industry. At Titan, Stephen focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships while helping grow the company’s commercial presence through his personable, energetic, and passionate approach. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, playing sand volleyball, and cheering on his northeastern-rooted sports teams.
